Dear LHCb colleagues
As you may know, Ivan Garcia, who has helped LHCb with extensive VHDL simulations 
of the front-end system, is leaving us. We will therefore try to get an 
applied fellow to continue this very important work. If you know of qualified 
people who could be interested in such a fellowship, then please try to make them 
apply for an applied fellowship at CERN. The absolute deadline for this is 
November 15. If potential candidates wants to know more about what this work 
will consist of they are welcome to contact me directly.
